The house is itself is just 20 metres from the road within a small fraction of the village so the access is quite easy.  We are still awaiting the land plans but there is enough land to build a pool across the brook from the house. The house itself is in dire need of modernisation and currently has very small rooms.  For someone wanting a project, this is ideal as it is already classified as a house and so will not need the classification changed before purchase. Inside there are four rooms on each floor.  One enters on the first floor via a small terrace into a small dining area and kitchen with a fireplace, there is also an attached room that has permission to be raised up to the height of the house. Once, the house was two houses and so there are two staircases leading up to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
