At the moment, the property is rather surrounded by trees but, as the land is owned by the vendor, we are optimistic that some of the trees will be cleared in the very near future giving this property a commanding view over the valleys as they meet. There are already project plans drawn up to make this into a dwelling. This building is in a wonderful location, close to bars and shops and the railway station.  Situated alongthe road between Fornoli and Bagni di Lucca, most of the neighbouring properties are large beautiful villas.  This is a prime location. The downside is that the area is protected by the Italian Arts Council and so there are some limits regarding the kind of property that can be built on this site.
