Fully Restored Village House in Lakeside Village with Garden This home was fully restored by the owners in the year 2000.  It has brand new wiring and gas-fired central heating,  It is one of the few houses in this village to have a garden. The house is on the side of the village so it looks very open and has spectacular views on the mountains and on the lake. The house has a private garden and patio. It is on 2 floors. On main floor there is a living room wth fireplace and an arches that connect this room to the kitchen. On first floor there are one doubble bedroom, one single and a bathroom. Semi-detached house just outside the medieval village of Ghivizzano.  This appartment was restored 5 years ago and was then rented out by the owners. At the moment, the house is vacant.  It is on two floors with a small piece of garden, there is also the option of have 1000 sq. meters extra by negotiation.  On ground floor you will find an open kitchen-living area with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.  On first floor there is a bedroom and a room that was used as a little studio.  The house has a new electric system, but no heating system.  There is road side parking right outside the house but the road is very minor hence, there is no passing traffic.  The only cars are other residents' cars.
