They keept all the original features of the house like terracotta tiles, beams and mezzanine. Restored Village house in popular village on the edge of the Garfagnana This property is located in a popular village about 40km in total from Lucca.  The village is quite large and thriving and has all services including at least 3 restaurants, bars, shops, post offic etc. The village is also easy to get to and, while in beautiful mountainous countryside, is at the bottom of the valley, by the river, and hence very easy to get to with no steep winding mountain roads. The house is in good habitale condition although would benefit from some light modernisation and redecoration.  It is centra lin the village and surrounded by medieval houses and includea a cellar for storage.  You enter into the kitchen which has an old fireplace and stairs up to a bedroom with bathrom on the first floor and another bedroom on the floor above that. It is an old stone building all nicely restored from the outside. The house is on two levels plus cellars and garden with views over the medieval "Rocca", a sort of a Castle. Village house with small garden and views above the Garfagnana valley. This village house is located in a lovely little village of the Garfagnana valley, it's got car access for deliveries, but the main car park is just 50 metres from the house.  It is on three levels with a big cellar on basement floor; on ground floor with access from a stone staircase you will find entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen, on first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a small bathroom. Outside the cellar's door there is a little private garden.  The house still has all the original features. There is no central heating, but there is a big fireplace on ground floor.
