Apartment with excellent potential in Barga
Barga is a very important city both historically and today. Historically, it was owned by the Florentines when everything else in Medieval times was owned by the Lucchesi. Now it is a cultural and artistic centre with a intricate texture of emigrants who have returned and new comers to Italy. One will never feel lonely in Barga.
This property is on the second floor of an ancient "palazzo" inside the walls of the city of Barga. For this reason, the ceiliings are high enough to even put a minstrals gallery in some of the main rooms.
The only bad thing about this apartment is that it is badly laid out. We currently have a geometra working on a new lay-out for this apartment as the bathroom has a huge ante-bathroom that could be improved immensely.
