This third floor apartment definitely has “wow” factor as it is over the city gate of Pescia between Lucca and Florence. The city is quiet but very accessible from the autostrada for anyone wishing to live here all year round.

The rooms are large and airy however a second bathroom would be an excellent idea and, although the property is ready to move into, it would be desirable to update the bathroom and maybe some of the other rooms in the longer term.
