This is a perfect “lock and leave” holiday home in the countryside just outside the city of Arezzo just 30 minutes drive south of Florence.
The apartment itself is in perfect move-in condition and has independent gas fired central heating as well as a fully functioning fireplace in the lounge.
The apartment comes with a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and one large bedroom although there is sleeping for four with a sofa bed in the lounge. It is a condominium with each apartment paying 50 euros a month for the use of the pool, the care of the parkland and all the electricity.
The nicest thing about this home is that not only does it come on parkland with a pool but there is also a completely private garden for the use of the owner.
