Barn for restoration in village location with garden
This barn is located in a popular village quite close to Lucca. The property is for restoration but is in surprisingly sound condition. The roof is good, the floors are solid and there is already water and electricity. There is also a small garden and great views.
There are some issues with planning regulations. For example, the dooorway to the garden needs to be closed off and one of the windows needs to be turned back into a door. But overall, this is a straight-forward project with lots of potential.
Currently, access to the property is across a neighbouring courtyard, but there is permission to create an arched staircase through the lower retaining gerden wall, up into the garden itself and then to the house.
