This beautifully restored house in characteristic Tuscan Village has fabulous views over the Serchio River valley below.

The house is built on four floors but is designed that the bottom floor is storage and yet has an entrance of its own.  Each storey has an entrance from the village except the top floor where two of the bedrooms are and one of the bathrooms is as well as the most amazing roof terraces for evening drinks.  The main living area is on the ground floor, this is where the eating terrace is as it leads off from the kitchen.  There is a sitting room, a possible guest bedroom and a second bathroom.

The semi-basement has been converted into a family den where music can be enjoyed or a large TV screening of your favourite movie.  This room also leads out to the garden which has its own olive tree and a traditional pizza oven.

The property was bought fully restored ten years ago and then the family owning restored further to make the house more comfortable.  It has full gas-central heating as well as a wood burning stove.

The property enjoys fantastic views and is in one of the more populated villages of our area with a shop and bar, summer activities and a sports pitch just outside it.
