Country house to restore with land
This property is up in the hills above Montecatini Terme and Pistoia with fantastic view over the plain of Pisa.
The house was built in 1922 and has been left relatively original. There is a central heating system which from a private GPL tank which is incidently filled and this gas will be passed over to the new owner as part of the deal.
All services are attached although the water is from a private water source which has been constituted with a public contract and so will not be removed at any point. The house will want a new septic tank as the current one is rather out of date.
The doors and windows are in perfect condition but not neccessarily to the taste of the next owner.
The ground floor has terracotta floors with a kitchen, lounge and a large storage cantina.
Upstairs are three large bedrooms, a bathroom and a fantistic view over Montecatini Alto.
There is a large garage with a bread oven inside it. The roof on this part of the house is new and the vendors' geometra says that the roof on the house is fine as well. It is always worth the buyer getting an independent opinion on this though.
There is a very large, and completely registered wooden outhouse.
The land is divided into 5000 mq of olives, 5000 of garden which can be seeded and 5000 mq of olives under the road. Detached from the complex is a large portion of woodland so the new owners will never be cold! This wood will be able to be used as firewood.
