This house is located in a picturesque hill village close to the attractive spa town of Bagni di Lucca.  The house is on 4 floors and consists of -

Basement - 2 cellar rooms, corridor

Ground floor - hallway, dining room with kitchen area and fireplace

First floor - landing, double bedroom, bathroom.

Second floor - landing, double bedroom, bathroom.

The basement has access from outside through a covered communal area, and also via an internal spiral staircase from the rest of the house. One of the basement rooms could be converted to a living room as there are views of the surrounding mountains from the windows.

There is a small communal outside area.

The heating system consists of electric radiators in each room plus a traditional log fireplace in the kitchen.

All furniture and equipment is included in the sale.

There is a grocers/bar and a hardware store in the village.

All other amenities are at Bagni di Lucca - shops, restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacies, market, thermal baths, outdoor swimming pools, theatre, tennis club, river, train station etc. Bagni di Lucca has good transport links to Pisa and Lucca, the Tuscan coast and Florence.
