Large restored home in medieval village between Bagni di Lucca and the ski resort of Abetone. Ideal for a B&B.
This large family home is over four floors and is in very good condition. The roof was completely renewed in 2002.
The house has wide staircases and lots of unusual corners and unexpected rooms. This is not a conventional lay-out. The property was restored in about the 1980s and some of the original features have been covered over. However, it is a large, well looked after property and putting the charm back should not be too difficult.
This is a very interesting price for a great family home or even a business opportunity as a B&B. There is some outside space including a small courtyard that, probably, doesn't get much sun. The location is a characteristic Tuscan medieval hill village with shops and bars. The village lies about 20 minutes north of Bagni di Lucca and about 30 minutes from skiing at Abetone.
