Detached village house with views
This house is actually divided into 2 houses, a smaller one that was extended with a garage and a loggia on top and the larger one below that was lived in until just two years ago.
The smaller house is on 2 floors, on the ground floor there is a garage and a room used as a kitchen, on the top floor there is a room and the loggia. From the Loggia there are great views on the mountains.
The biggest house is on 3 floors and was built in the typical tuscan style, with the stairs in the middle and rooms on the sides.
On ground floor there is a kitchen with original fireplace and living room; on the middle floor there is the bathroom, and on first and second floors there are 2 bedrooms on each floor.
The largest house has no central heating and the electric system is old, but for the rest is perfect. The windows are in good conditions and the roof was recently checked. The smaller house needs more work but can easily be converted into a great guest house.
