Semi-detached village house with garden in the Garfagnana.
This house was completely restored during the last years adn it will be perfect as a holiday cottage.
It is on two levels with kitchen-dining room, living room, with fireplace, and small shower room on ground floor and three bedrooms on second floor ( one bedroom could be converted into a decent size bathroom as the down stairs one is very compact); the house has been built in two times and you could see it because there are two internal staircase, one from the kitchen and the other from the living room.
The house has a nice size garden with a wooden house for keeping tables and chairs and other stuff, there is also an other cover place fo the wood.
The house hasn't got central heating.
