Town house with terrace in the medieval town of Coreglia.
This house was completely restored 3 years ago by the actual owners. They keept all the original features of the house like terracotta tiles, beams and mezzanine.
The house is on 3 floors: on ground floor there are 4 rooms all used as cellars, but the owner already put the chimney for the fireplace because is intention was to restore a room and make a "taverna" that is a second kitchen-living room where people used to make big dinner with friends.
On first floor there are really nice hand made kitchen, a living room and a bathroom, on second floor there are 2 bedrooms and a toilet room. One of the bedroom also has an extra room that can be used as a wardrobe room or as a winter terrace. In origin was a terrace but the old owner closed it. There is also an attic but it is not high enough to make a room.
The house has central heating that run with town gas and also with the heat from the fireplace, all the systems are new.
The house can be reach with a small car, thing not usual for the village.
