Casa Maruska Country Houses - Restored in Garfagnana

This appartment was restored 5 years ago and was then rented out by the owners. At the moment, the house is vacant. 

It is on two floors with a small piece of garden, there is also the option of have 1000 sq. meters extra by negotiation. 

On ground floor you will find an open kitchen-living area with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
