Town house with garden on the Pistoiese hills.
This house is located in a very pretty village on the hills above Pistoia and Montecatini.
The village has a bar and a grocery store, the house has car access right to the front door for deliveries.
This house is on 2 levels plus the attic. On ground floor there is an entrance, a kitchen-diningroom and a wc; on second floor there is a double bedroom and a lovely garden with a table and lovely vies on the mountains; on the middle level between second floor and the attic there is a small bathroom with a shower. The attic level is not abitable but it is a great space for storage.
The house has no central heating, there is a fire place in the kitchen and in the village there is the town gas, so the house can be easily connected to it.
This house needs some works, specially on the systems, but for the rest the works are only cosmetics.
