The house is on 2 floors, on ground floor there is a good size living room, a kitchen with access to the outside space big enought for eating outside in the summer, a bathroom with showerl, on first floor there are 3 bedrooms.

The house is habitable, the structure is good, the roof is new, the electric system is in good condictions and shoulden't need to be replace.

On both ceiling there are wood panelling, but below them there are beams.

The house just need some cosmetic work on the inside.
