Large solid stone house on 3 levels set in small group of three houses (two of which have just been restored), overlooking small hamlet and natural park.

 

This is a quiet, secluded property surrounded by woodland with it’s own, small private garden, but is at the same time just 15 minutes drive from Lucca, 30 minutes from Pisa and the airport, 25 minutes from the natural seaside resort of Marina di Vecchiana and near the small airport (private) and train station of Tassignano.

 

The house (18^th century) was completely restored with good quality materials in the 1980’s.

The ground floor, with doors leading directly on to garden, partly paved with stone, part lawn, is tiled throughout with local terracotta.

There is a large, open plan dining/sitting room with fireplace, a small fitted kitchen and small bathroom and washroom.
