Semi-restored Country house with garden and loggia
This house is located in a small village of the Garfagnana Valley, just five minutes drive from the main road thats goes to Lucca.
The house is divided into two apartment, the top one was restored and the other one needs some works but it is liveable.
The top floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, a big size kitchen, living room and a nice bathroom, from the bathroom you have the access to the utility room. This apartment is all restored, with new tiles, new bathroom and new systems.
The ground floor apartment can be really nice, to access to it there is a tuscan style loggia made with local stone. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom; this apartment need some restoration work, but it still have beams and tiles and original features.
The house also have 2 big cellars, one for apartment plus another room used as a boiler room, from the cellar there is the access to the back garden, small but with nice views.
Both apartment has central heating
