This house is in a great location just 1km from the ski slopes of Abetone.  Situated on the main road, the house allows for easy access to the slopes and has a large parking bay opposite.

There is a small garden at rear, partly paved.  The land behind is owned by the Comunità Montana and has a chalet-style shed and a very pleasant view of forest behind.

The house itself is divided into two flats, usable either together or separately. The property sleeps 10, ideal for ski groups.  The apartments have separate gas supplies and central heating systems.

  Entrance when separated is via a spiral stair from outer entrance hall.
