Country house to restore with two barns and land on the Garfagnana hills.
This complex of houses is located in the Municipality of Fabbriche di Vallico and above the village of Vallico Sopra. The small hamlet was originally a summer pasture area for the Vallico Sopra shepherds and they must have enjoyed the fabulous views over the Serchio river valley below.
The house and the two barns need to be restored to make a large house and a guest house, as one of the barns is attached to the house.
The house and the main barn are on 2 floors, the walls are made of local stone and the internal floors are made of wood.
The other barn is a bit smaller and is also on 2 floors.
The house is already connected to the electric system and to mains water, but the systems need to be redone.
The land is mostly flat and, according to the local municipality, you can build a pool here.
