Originally the home of the Spanish General 'Consalvo da Cordova' who fought for the Spanish King Ferdinando II at the end of the 15th Century.

Extra to this surface there is the option of building up to 5-7000 sq.meters partially under ground that could be used as parking or as rooms for the golf course utility, like changing room, store rooms, kitchen, apartments for the staff etc.
The owners are trying to obtain from the Municipality the opportunity of using other 10-15000 sq.meters for residential use, obtaining the urban instrument called “perequazione” that means moving volume from one site to the other.
At the moment the vendors are planning to sale the zone identify as “I U 4 GC” (golf area) of 161 ha, the rest of the property could not be used as golf course as it is predominantly woodland, this could be sale in the future.
