This property is found on a private villa estate to the west of Lucca, the villa dates back to the 12th century and folklore states the Dante Alighieri, who wrote the Divine Comedy stayed here. The farmhouse was built in the 15th century and has been divided into five holiday apartments with a shared pool of 12 x 8 with roman steps making it suitable also for young children who can't swim yet.
There is a condominium charge for this pool but it is only 1400 euros a year and the apartment rents out for 1100 euros a week currently. It only needs a week and a half to pay for itself.
The apartment was restored 2 years ago with a new roof, boiler and new, certified electrics.
It has its own private garden as well as access to complex.
