They say locally that this place is both unique and special. It certainly has much charm as one listens to the river passing by and watches eagles high over head.
The property is actually only just 3 km outside the town of Coreglia Antelminelli which is considered one of the most beautiful towns in Italy.
The main house is on three floors with cantinas below. One enters on a mezzanine floor where there is a traditional Tuscan kitchen with a large fireplace. Next to it is a bedroom as the previous occupant was elderley and another back kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The floors are still wooden with beams under them.
There are two stone outhouses. One has a large, new bread oven built into it and the other is still storing the old chestnut drying equipment. There is another temporary looking building that the owner says can be converted into a stone building. The land is mainly large, sunny, grassed terraces with some woodland above the public road. Access is easy via the tarmac road.
