As it stands the property is accessed by about 2 km of white road above the villages. There is already an easily negotiable track to access the property.

The property consists of two small buildings, one a storage shed for the maize that used to be grown on these hills and a larger building of about 50 mq.  The two buildings are connected by a tank that, in the future, could be made into a corridor. 

Water can be provided from a source below the house and electricity passes about 100m away and can be taken up to the house.
