These two homes were restored very attractively. They have been used by both the owners and as successful holiday rentals.
The larger of the two homes is situated on three floors with a lovely large open living area. The dining area has large windows bringing the outside into the home itself. There is also a laundry and ground floor bathroom. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms each with their own varandahs and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor is a splendid double room with en-suite bathroom.
The smaller residence is again nicely restored in the old style with beams and terracotta floors. There is an open fireplace and country kitchen on the ground floor with a spiral staircase leading up to the two bedrooms and bathroom.
Nestled amongst the olive groves is the swimming pool which is 6x 13 with roman steps at one end.
The houses can be accessed from the village where there are two covered parking spaces for times of rain. Otherwise they are accessed via a private road shared only with the vendor. The vendor is more than happy to construct another entrance for himself if the buyers are wishing to keep the road just for themselves.
