Villa with garden and room for a pool divided into 3 apartments
This is an ex-monestery situated just twenty minutes drive from Lucca. The building dates back to the seventh century and had a huge corridor along which the monks would walk and recite their prayers.
The owner has currently divided it into three apartments, although it could easily be converted into a four apartment building.
The current apartments are 90 mq, 100mq and 200mq so could be two holiday apartments with caretaker apartment.
The owners’ have restored the property in keeping with the Tuscan traditional building methods. The floors are wooden with beams and “mezzane” bricks. The floors are terracotta.
