Next to the fitted kitchen is a door that takes to a amall balcony. on this balcony is a room that once was the cloak room, where the owner has put the washing machine.
The stairs take up to the one bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
Underneath is a a basement which hasn’t been restored and the septic tank is here, but it can be removed to a very small room which is situated underneath the patio. There are still stairs to connect this room to the kitchen.
There are chestnut beams althrough the house.
This house has central heating and is ready to move into. If one wants another bedroom and maybe a bathroom, one can live there while restoring the barn or the basement, or both!
