Farmhouse in Panoramic Location with Olive Groves on the Hills of Pisa-Sold with all Agricultural Equipment
This is the house for someone who wishes to leave their busy job and take up being a farmer! 🙂
This house, built in 1820, is found in a beautiful position looking over hills with olive groves and in a gorgeous Tuscan landscape with the typical rolling hills and Medieval towers. It’s situated halfway between Pisa and Livorno – about 30 kilometres to both cities – and 20 kilometres from the beach.
It has a a fantastic roof terrace with views of the nearby village. On the land are 110 olive trees and 40 fruit trees!
The house has three entrance doors and the main entrance faces on a marble staircase taking upstairs where the good size bedrooms are. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower. There are French doors opening out to a huge roof terrace with a superb view
Downstairs, there’s a large kitchen and an old fire place and a large size dining room. Within this living area is the pizza oven which is a real feature, it even has the original holes where the salt and oil were kept handing to add to the pizza during the cooking. There is also a sitting room and a bathroom on the ground floor. One can still see some of the original parts of the house for example the hiding place for the wine.
The roof was restored fifteen years ago, adding a waterproof membrane and insulation. The roof is very strong with reinforced beams. There is enough space within the house to replace the electric unfolding stairs with proper stairs.
This house is the true Tuscan dreams house as for the its panoramic position and surroundings!
