House to restored in the National Park of the Alpi Apuane with land and view.
This is a complex of a farmhouse, 2 large barns and one small one.
The property has parking on site but you need to walk down to the farmhouse which is divided into 2. Part of the house was lived in until quite recently and has oil-fired central heating. One walks into the entrance, which leads into farmhouse kitchen with fireplace. The dining room is off here. The kitchen has an old fashioned ‘conca’ dating back to when the house was built. The bathroom was put in in either the 80’s or 90’s and is usable.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a corridor.
The windows, in this half of the house, are double glazed. For some reason, all the radiators for the heating system are in the attic.
The other half of the house, which can be united with the ‘restored’ half needs much more work. This has two bedrooms, original features and a fireplace.
There is one large barn, on two floors with a ‘lavatoio’ attached.
There is a private water source on the land.
The property is found just under the Pania mountain and was part of a rural community in the past. It is in a beautiful spot and has great potential.
