Detached House and Barn in Panoramic Location near the Medieval City of Lucca
This house is found in the area called Brancoleria in the Lucca hills. This is the land of the best Lucchese olive oil. In fact the drive to the house shows numerous olive groves.
It distances 17 kilometres from Lucca centre; where history, art, food and wine are very much available!
From the main road a path, which is not accessible by car but by foot or quad, of 100 metres leads to the house.
The house is on three floors with the entrance on the middle floor.
The large kitchen is full of character, with an old fashioned fire place. The floor tiles are graniglia.
Two of the bedrooms are in the house and there’s a bathtub in the bathroom.
The house needs restoring because many of the features were renovated in the 1960’s. The windows are all double glazed though, and there is central pellet heating.
The absolutely best thing about this house is the large sun terrace with its amazing views all the way to the Island of Corsica, when the sky is clear.
The steep land contains one hectar of olive groves.
A studio apartment is included in the property
