Detached Village Stone House on three Levels in Hill Top Hamlet with Original Features

This beautiful three level house with as many gardens, stone house is situated in a hill top village in the outskirts of the Bagni di Lucca SPA town Municipality at 555 mt above sea level. The village also boasts a very good local restaurant within walking distance from the house.

The house has been lovingly restored by its actual owner keeping the original features, like the sandblasted chestnut beams and mezzanine tiles floors. The inside of the house has the same atmosphere like an old castle, but a smaller size, with its walls showing the stone. It’s been divided into two apartments and the top one has been rented out to holiday makers.

The top apartment has its own entrance and it consists of a beautiful loggia with stunning views, a basic kitchen, a large bedroom and living and a large bathroom with shower.

The ground floor has a very basic kitchen, a lounge with a kitchen table and fireplace with access to the garden where the owner keeps his chicken! In the lounge are wood stairs taking up to the loft. From the corridor one can walk into the large entrance room where a dining area is and the access to another large bedroom.

But the best thing is the piece of garden where a really nice sun terrace is allocated.

Three large cellar rooms with a front door and a window are also part of the house.

In this region a lot of things are going on, especially in the summer like  https:

//www.canyonpark.it/parco-avventura-in-toscana/ or rafting in the River Lima

or http://www.ridersadvisor.com/ricerca/struttura/centro-ippico-la-riviera/ and it’s great for starting excursions up

the mountains where one will be amazed by the beauty and the extension of walking paths in this area.

For more “careful” activities in Bagni di Lucca there is a tennis club with great tennis courts, a public swimming pool and lots of coffee shops and good restaurants.
