ID-Casa Priamo
The house is overlooking the Apuan Alps and from all the windows you will have a breath taking scenario of the Garfagnana.
It is semidetached but has a lot of privacy due to the fact that the courtyard is in front of the house and the terrace is not overlooked by other houses.
The house is on three floors with a "taverna" with fireplace and bread oven on ground floor, where you will also find the cellar, very useful for store the wood and the WC.
On first floor you will find the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room with balcony and on top floor you will find the two bedrooms.
The systems are working and the house also has central heating.
