This building used to be the old "locanda" , a sort of an hotel, for the pilgrims and the walkers along the via Francigena.
It then became the shop for the wine and oil and the local product and then it has been transformed into a house.
It is on three levels with the entrance and a reception room with a lovely fireplace on ground floor, on the same floor you could also find two cellars and a wc.
Going up the stone staircase you will reach the "house" with an opne plan kitchen dining room with access to the lovely garden and bbq area outside; on the same floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom; going up the stairs you will find three more bedrooms and a bathroom. On this floor there is also a big room that can be converted into an open plan kitchen-dining.
Outside, on first floor (ground floor at the back) there is a hayloft that again could became an outside kitchen or a storage room.
The garden is terraced with an above ground swimming pool which needs a new liner.
