This house is part of a small hamlet underneath the village of Deccio di Brancoli that has been restored during 1980s by a group of friend from Milano.
The access is pedestrian and the car park is just 500 meters away. The house is on three floors with access from few steps up from the mule track.
On ground floor where you will have the garden, you will find the entrance, a wc and the stairs going up to the first floor; here you will find a living room and a kitchen that opens up to a small terrace that will take you back to the garden; on top floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The house does not have central heating and it is heat by some wood burners and a fireplace in the kitchen.
