This house with a salt water pool 6 x 12 mt is situated in an area with gently sloping hills south of the Medieval town of Lucca on the road to Pisa called Il Compitese.
The entrance to the house is through a private gate on a driveway through the flat land belonging to the house.
Entering the house is a large sitting room with French doors to the garden with a dining area and a fireplace. The fitted kitchen is small but nice and a few steps up from the kitchen there is a room, which was part of the old part of the house, with a pizza oven which would be great for pizza parties!
On this floor is also a family bathroom with shower.
The five bedrooms are on the first floor. Two of them could be used as guest rooms because of the large windows. The second bathroom is on this floor.
The electrics of the house are good and the heating is central with LPG and there is also a vacuum system installed.
The water for the pool is public and for the irrigation system it comes from a private spring.
The property has been successfully rented through Airbnb for two years and this is mainly because of the amazing pool!
Please do note that since writing this description, this house doesn't seem to have management any more.
