This property has full car access and is found within walking distance of the pizzeria in the village. There are gated and then a good driveway to the main parking area. This village is found at the beginning of the Garfagnana National Park which is known for its amazing scenary, walks, cuisine and traditions.
The main house is organised on one floor which is very convenient. There are two entrances, one into the living room with its fireplace and one into the eat-in, kitchen via the terrazza used for 'Al fresco' dining.
The 'night time' zone has four bedrooms but the smallest is used for storage. It currently has bunk beds in it. The other rooms are double rooms and one has an en-suite bathroom with shower in it. The main bathroom is large with a tub.
Underneath the house are two cantinas and a laundry.
There are lots of events and great places to eat out close to the property. Further up the valley are roads leading to the area of Mt. Matanna overlooking the Versilian coast and also a scenic route to Lucca.
