This apartment is located walking distance from Borgo a Mozzano and it is on second floor of a bigger house
The accessed via a stone exterior staircase partly in common with the below apartment.
Once you enter you will find an closed terrace (6 x 2.4 m) with picture windows that allow one to see the view down the valley. This would create a living space with a fireplace; next to it you will find the bathroom that is quite recent (2.4 x1.2m); then you access to the dining room (2.4 x 4.4m) that opens towards one bedroom (3x 4 m) and a small kitchen (1.8 x 2.2m) at the back you will find the second bedroom (2.8 x3 m).
This apartment needs some re-organisation of the rooms and some works but it will be quite a jewel, being so close to Borgo a Mozzano rail station.
On ground floor there is a nice flat garden with a covered area which at the moment is not so attractive but, with very little effort, it could be tasteful. There is both water and electricity in the garden as well as a BBQ. On the same level there is also a big cellar excellent for storage.
The town is within walking distance and offers a good range of shops and bars as well as two excellent restaurants. One of which is called I Macelli and the other is a Trattoria/Pizzeria Passaparola.
The location allows complete travel on public transport as there is a short mule path between the town of Borgo a Mozzano and the village of Cerretto where the apartment is.
