In the main house there are three bedrooms, one odf which is an attic room and one is by the terrace. There is a large living space with an eat-in kitchen with fireplace, a dining room which then leads into the master bedroom suite and stairs up to the attic room with its bathroom. Downstairs is a games room, a den and a TV – room. The other stairs lead up to three further bedrooms one of which is are ensuite. The ensuite room has a lovely feature of having a bridge into the garden.
There are French doors towards the outside and all the windows are double glazed and made in chestnut wood. The floors are all laid with cotto tiles. The ceilings have the traditional chestnut beams.
The guest suite is in garden about 30 m away from the main house. It has a kitchenette, a bathroom, living area and bedroom.
The pool is a 5 x 10 with its own pool house and is situated a few steps above the house.
This house has a cosy feeling about it, just like an English cottage, albeit the terrific climate in this area. Citrus fruit trees, such as lemon trees and orange trees, can be coltivated here because of the closeness to the sea.
