This house is situated in a lively village only 4 kilometers from the SPA town Bagni di Lucca.
The owners never really lived here, because they emigrated to France when they were children. During these years the only improvements that were done to the house, were the roof, which has proper felt and the garage. This means that the house is beautifully original, ready to restore.
The garage is on the ground floor on the same level as the road, it is large enough for a car and several motorbikes. From there one walks up on external stairs to the main house. The entrance room was, at the time, the dining room and to the left there’s a good sized bedroom. Then one walks into the kitchen where there is a fireplace and from the kitchen one can walk straight out into the garden where it would be perfect to eat “al fresco” on warm summer evenings.

In the village there is a grocery shop and two restaurants and the people here are very friendly. For all other necessities, Bagni di Lucca is only 5 kilometers down the road where one can also find the thermal baths and a public swimming pool in a beautiful surrounding.
