"Pied-a-Terre" in Calavorno with Great Garden
This property is within walking distance of transport and is at the hub of the town of Calavorno. At the moment, it may be a little noisy but, once cars are electric, there will be no real noise at all. This is a very convenient place to be.
The downside of the property is that the bathroom, although modern, is outside!
Inside, there is space for a bathroom though. At the moment, it has an eat-in kitchen, separate room in which there could be the future bathroom.
Upstairs, there is a landing and two bedrooms. The house is small but habitable and has a great garden as well as great neighbours.
