The more 'modern' part was built in 1500's by the architect Burlamacchi.
The stable building is of double height and will make an amazing studio.
One enters into a massive entrance room with Doors out to the covered Loggia. There is a huge fireplace here in which the owners, unfortunately, decided to put a heater!
Behind this is a large kitchen with feature fireplace which, luckily, the owners left alone to keep all its character.
Currently, there are four bedrooms and one bathroom but there is loads of space for further bedrooms.
There are massive, dry cantinas under the house with an arched cantina which would be ideal for a sauna in the future.
The attic space allows for even more bedrooms however, the hand-built staircase is rather steep. The kitchen still has all the Tuscan Features
