This apartment was built in 2008 and is completely ready-to-move-into. It is within walking distance of all the amenities of the spa town of Bagni di Lucca with its cultural history and exciting outdoor sports.
One enters into a spacious living room with a fully-fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. This room opens out to the front terrace via a French door. The bedroom area has two double bedrooms. One of these rooms has a French door out to the Sun- Terrace and the terraced garden.
The Bathroom has a shower and there is also a utility cupboard with washer/dryer and storage space.
At the bottom of the garden is a gate offer a 'short cut' to Bagni di Lucca making it a really convenient home for someone who doesn't intend to hire or need a car suring their stay.
The town has changed, even over the years that I have known it with many incentives. In the 1990's, there was the birth of the Villagio Globale which offers meditation, yoga and retreats.
More recently, the town has had a major rennaissance with local businessmen really the beauty of the Lima River. Canyon Park, Rafting, Paint Ball, Canoeing are close by.
