The house is set on three floors with the entrance up 8 stairs onto a small balcony. This opens into the sitting room off which is a study. The eat-in kitchen is at the other end of the house where there are lovely stone stairs up to the bedrooms and down to the cantinas. The large kitchen has two windows and a large fireplace.
The lower level has a large workroom with a bathroom, with shower, this then leads out to the large garden which is currently set out as a vegetable patch.
The house enjoys amazing views down the valley with the hills folding in.
Up the stairs, there are two large bedrooms and a modern bathroom with bath.
The entire house is characterised by beams and terrcotta floors.
New tile roof, reinforced with metal and bitumen paper. The interior of the house presents with partial stone finishing.
There are fantastic walks out of the house up to Prato Fiorito and down to Bagni di Lucca along the mule tracks making this house a gorgoues base for adventure.
