Large, Fully Restored, Village House with Detached, Formal Garden and ROOF TERRACE
The entire house was restored in 2011 and, although all the floors are terracotta they have actually been reinforced. One enters into a sizable living room with large, eat-in kitchen off it. There are beamed ceilings and a gorgeous fireplace.
Underneath, there is a large den with a pot-bellied stove which is warmed and insulated with dry-wall.
Up the stone stairs, there are two bedrooms and two brand new bathrooms. There is then a feature spiral staircase up to the amazing studio which has access to the roof terrace.
The village has wonderful walking paths and, above the village is a stunning 'altopiano' where one can have picnics. There is a walking path down to the river which is very quick, some of the staff from Canyon Park live in this village as they can walk to work.
The village offers easy access to the ski slopes of Abetone as well as the Versilian Coastline.
