Beutifully Restored Terraced House in the hills near the Medieval town of Lucca

This house is found in an area much appreciated for its micro climate getting the warm air from the sea and not the colder one from the Appenines.
The village presents with a stunning church on the highest plateau and being illuminated in the evenings it’s very impressive.
There is two restaurants of which one also is a grocery shop. The nearest post office is in Pescaglia only a few kilometers away. All other amenities can be found down in Valfreddana – Torcigliano and S.Martino in Valfreddana. These are some of the names on the road towards Lucca center.
The restoration has been done completely with part of the facade of the house having been plastered and the other part rustic with the original stones. The windows and shutters are all new.
The entrance of the actual house is from external stairs from the outside.
There’s an entrance with a fitted eat in kitchen to the left and right next to it there’s a sitting room. Between the kitchen and the sitting room there is a not walking through arch, where you can see in to the living. On this floor there is also a double bedroom and a storage room.
The top floor has two good size bedrooms: one double and one twin room and a huge bathroom.
The sun terrace is absolutely the best feature of this house.
This house doesn’t need any work at all and is ready to move into.
The village is surrounded by olive groves and it’s a truly beautiful location.
