One bathroom is large with a bathtub, the second has a shower and it more of a cloakroom.
Underneath the living part of the house is the cantina Cellar with utility room already finished with exposed stone floors. The heating is provided by oil and the water is heated from April to October from the solar panels.
The village of Vico Pancellorum is perched at around 555–630 m above sea level, nestled beside the right bank of the Lima stream, near Balzo Nero. Its steep lanes and tightly knit stone houses represent centuries of rural Tuscan life.
The name Vico Pancellorum has its roots with the Romans but it is still a magnet for locals and tourists alike due to its Romanesque Church and Awesome Restaurant. The food is well-prepared and the restaurant draws large crowds from the nearby villages. You will enjoy the creative cuisine of the chef, Enrico and the excellent service of the waitress, Luisa who is also a qualified "sommilier".
This is one of our closest properties to the ski slopes of Abetone and Monte Cimone that both had a great season this year.
