ID-Casa Vigna
This village house is located in the Garfagnana Valley, in one of the hills' villages of the Municipality of Gallicano and although, it is a bit of an 'ugly duckling', it has an interesting layout and fantastic views of the Appenines.
The house is set in a Medieval village and there are two parking lots, the first is closer but has stairs to get to it. The second has level access but is a little further away. It all depends how fits you are and how fit you would like to get. There are daily bread deliveries to the house and there is a bar in the village which also makes pizza at the weekends.
The access is from a patio to which you enter in the living room, then you will have the kitchen and the stairs for access to the top floor. To the right is the current bathroom area which will need to be restored.
Upstairs, there are currently three bedrooms all of which have the delightful view.
The house also has cellars underneath.
It will need restoration works and modernazing of all the systems. However, it has a brand new roof! :)
