The beautiful Tuscan village is only a short drive from the town of Bagni Di Lucca where you can find supermarkets, banks, restaurants and bars. Access to good local transport systems can be found here.
This village house is accessed via the traditional entrance door, stairs descend to the ground floor where the main bedroom and newly refurbished shower room/WC can be found, plumbing for a washing machine is already in situe.
There is a further staircase which leads up to a mezzanine style spacious fitted kitchen/diner which features a traditional log fired fireplace.
Leading from the kitchen/diner there is another room which the present owners use as a second bedroom. This room could easily transform into a cosy lounge in which a sofa bed could make this a guest bedroom.
This location is close to Abetone for winter skiing and the ancient walled town of Lucca famed for its history and excellent shopping on Via Filungo. The famous Leaning Tower of Pisa is only an hours drive away.
There are fantastic walks coming out of the village including a 2 hour walk into the Province of Pistoia where there is a fantastic restaurant and agriturismo.
